Other things came up, so studying for tomorrow’s test didn’t seem to be much of a priority.

Apparently watching terrible TV is realllll important. AFI top 100 movies or something like that. Why did they feel the need to use sepia filters for videobytes from *~`beyond the grave`~*? Lame American stuff.

Uh. Every commercial seems a parody tonight.

They started airing Evan Almighty trailers way too soon. I think it’s finally opening this weekend and I can’t wait for the commercials to stop. It’s going to be terrible. They’ve given anyone who was unsure about seeing it enough time to decide that it’s not worth the time or money. Way to go. Spending more money than necessary on advertising to end up losing more at the boxoffice? I don’t follow that. I’m perplexed that type of film has managed to maintain an audience. The same old pricks and assholes always seem to eat it up and fuel another summer of this shit. It’s getting a little old. They love one for the summer and forget about it by the next May, when the previews for the next batch of shit start promising ‘hilarity’ in August. Dodgeball. Wedding Crashers. Ricky Bobby. A few of the many boring and unoriginal.

What the hell. Diet Pepsi meets 90210

I’m not sure if I like or hate that. Either way TV is freaking me out. I can’t watch it now and I shouldn’t be so why can’t I stop? Such masochistic behaviour.

The Graduate makes me so uncomfortable. My mom first liked my dad because she thought he looked like Dustin Hoffman in it.

Uh shut the fuck up Spielberg. Why should I even care how you feel about Psycho?

Wowwwww John Wayne is very reminiscent of my landlord right now. FREAKING ME OUT.

the Wizard of Oz is so creepy. How do we show it to children? Would you let your kids watch Un Chien Andalou before naptime? Don’t tell me that’s a non sequitur.

I could totally go for naptime. Up way too early this morning to register for classes when I’d finally slept for more than two hours. Need a pick me up and study motivation.
